Ministry workers

Training

This week, the live flow is Sermon Flow. Other ministry modules are documented as workspace previews.

Your invite names ministry worker. You do not assign roles. If the pastor asked you to carry Sunday into groups, that work is in Sermon Flow. Other flows in the sidebar are previews with sample data.

#What you can run now

Small-group writing and the seven-day study live in Sermon Flow. Knowledge Hub and Ask Kairos are live for indexed teaching. Learning, Volunteer, Asset, and Ministry Flow are previews — do not treat their sample screens as the church’s system of record.

#A week that works

Open the user guide page for that flow once.
Do the next real task in the dashboard — not a second copy of the data.
Ask the pastor before sending anything in the church’s name.
